Dear Lennox Families,

It is with great enthusiasm and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal at Lennox Middle School. I am honored to join this incredible community of dedicated educators, caring families, and inspiring students. I look forward to working alongside all of you to make this school year a meaningful and successful one.

This year, the Lennox School District is “Cooking Up a Recipe for Success!” and at LMS, we’re using that recipe to guide and inspire our work as we continue On The Flight Path To Success. Our focus this year is grounded in three essential goals that will help every student thrive:

1. Pupil Outcomes – Supporting academic growth and achievement for all students
   
2. Conditions of Learning – Ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes high-quality instruction
   
3. Student and Family Engagement – Strengthening relationships and partnerships between home and school.

My mission is to support this work by fostering a safe and inclusive environment where all students can thrive academically and emotionally.

I am committed to open communication, strong partnerships with families, and providing our students with every opportunity to succeed. Whether it’s supporting instruction, addressing student needs, or celebrating progress, I’m here to help every student soar.
